Managing Partner in the Seattle region overseeing a wealth advisory team serving ultra high net worth clientele, mentoring senior wealth advisors, driving regional growth through organic initiatives and M&A integration, and acting as Lead Wealth Advisor to a select group of complex UHNW clients. Includes leadership of cultural integration of acquired practices, collaboration with business development professionals and centers of influence, and an equity-based compensation opportunity along with a competitive base and performance bonuses.
