Job Summary
The Managing Partner in Training is responsible for growing the business to profitability, managing gym operations, and fostering a member-focused environment. Key responsibilities include coaching and developing staff, ensuring member retention, monitoring performance, maintaining facility standards, and overseeing compliance with policies. Required skills include managerial experience in a fitness facility, business operations knowledge, and team leadership. Candidates must have at least 2 years of management experience, CPR/AED certification, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of fitness facility or service-oriented management experience required
- Experience with business operations such as finance, administration, and labor management required
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software
- Ability to take assertive action to accomplish objectives, innovate and solve problems
- Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business management or related field preferred
- Experience with supervising a team of at least 15 employees preferred
