Job Summary
Drive club profitability by energizing the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives while ensuring timely member resolution to boost retention. Monitor staff performance against KPI standards, coach team members to drive sales, and manage payroll and scheduling for optimal coverage. Maintain a clean, fully operational facility and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and inventory standards. Recruit, hire, and onboard talent while leading performance through effective coaching and staff meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with business operations such as hiring, onboarding, promoting, and removal of team members
- Experience in Labor management and inventory control
- CPR/AED certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to invest financially in Managing Partner opportunity
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand or bend for prolonged work hours
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience
- Experience with supervising a team of at least 15 team members
- Bachelor degree in business management or related field
