Job Summary
The managing partner in training at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is responsible for growing a profitable business and managing gym operations. Key responsibilities include recruiting and developing team members, ensuring member satisfaction and retention, monitoring staff performance against KPIs, and maintaining facility operations. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant management experience, preferably in the fitness industry, demonstrate leadership skills, and hold a CPR/AED certification. A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree in business management is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of fitness facility or service-oriented management experience required
- Experience with business operations such as finance, administration, and labor management required
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software
- Ability to take assertive action to accomplish objectives, innovate and solve problems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with supervising a team of at least 15 employees preferred
- Bachelor degree in business management or related field preferred
