Job Summary
The Managing Partner at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe will oversee gym operations, ensuring an exceptional member experience and successful financial performance. Responsibilities include team management, recruitment, training, maintaining facility standards, and driving sales performance. The position requires at least 2 years of relevant management experience, a high school diploma, and CPR/AED certification. Additional qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Suite and the ability to manage staff schedules and participate in performance coaching.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of fitness facility or service-oriented management experience required
- Experience with supervising a team of at least 15 employees required
- Experience with business operations such as finance, administration, and labor management required
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software

- Bachelor degree in business management or related field preferred
