Job Summary
The managing partner at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe oversees gym operations to ensure an exceptional member experience and manage club profitability. Responsibilities include building strong teams by networking, interviewing, and hiring, managing schedules, developing team members, monitoring performance against KPI standards, maintaining facility standards, and ensuring compliance with policies. Required skills include 2 years of management experience in a fitness environment, supervising a team of 15+ employees, knowledge of business operations, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite. A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of fitness facility or service-oriented management experience
- Experience with supervising a team of at least 15 employees
- Experience with business operations such as finance, administration, and labor management
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software

- Bachelor degree in business management or related field preferred
