Job Summary
The managing partner is responsible for overseeing gym operations and ensuring an exceptional member experience while leading a team at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe. Key responsibilities include building strong teams, managing schedules, coaching team members, driving sales performance, and ensuring compliance with policies. The role requires minimum 2 years of management experience in a fitness facility, the ability to supervise a team, and proficiency in business operations. A high school diploma is required, while a Bachelor's degree in business management is preferred. The compensation includes a base salary with potential bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of fitness facility or service-oriented management experience required
- Experience with supervising a team of at least 15 employees required
- Experience with business operations such as finance, administration, and labor management required
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software
- Ability to invest financially in opportunity

- Bachelor degree in business management or related field preferred
