Job Summary
Build and lead a team of experienced financial advisors while continuing your own client work. Recruit and mentor fellow advisors to foster a high-performance culture and shape the firm's future growth. Manage personal practice development alongside leadership responsibilities within a firm with over 175 years of history. Requires minimum of 3 years in financial services with an active Life and Health License, plus FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
