Manage engagement economics, budgeting, and profitability while building and mentoring a collaborative team culture that supports hiring, coaching, and practice scalability. Provide strategic oversight of financial analyses using income, market, and asset-based approaches, and act as a thought leader through speaking engagements and industry networking.
