Job Summary
Lead Finance Transformation strategy, operating model design, and process optimization for clients, overseeing large-scale programs spanning R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, and management reporting. Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CIOs, Controllers, and CAOs on complex initiatives involving ERP, EPM, automation, analytics, and AI solutions. Drive strategic growth by originating new client opportunities, leading go-to-market strategies, and partnering across Accounting Advisory, Risk Advisory, and Technology Enablement to deliver integrated solutions. Manage teams, direct performance against objectives, and oversee account lifecycles including work plans, staffing, timelines, and fee negotiations. Represent CrossCountry through thought leadership, industry events, and publications while developing methodologies and differentiated offerings aligned with firm policies on data protection and professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of consulting or professional services experience
- significant experience leading Technology-Enabled Finance Transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated success in originating and growing consulting revenue through executive-level relationships
- Proven track record of building and expanding strategic client relationships
- Deep expertise across Finance Transformation, including operating model design, process optimization, enterprise technology enablement, ERP/EPM advisory, data & analytics, and organizational effectiveness
- Experience advising CFOs, CIOs, Controllers, CAOs, and finance leadership teams
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership and board-level stakeholders
- Proven experience identifying new growth and shared revenue opportunities and expanding client relationships
- Consistent success in building and developing strong client relationships
- Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
- Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards
- A passion for mentoring and leading teams while implementing new ideas and initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Willingness to travel
