Job Summary
Lead JPMorganChase’s software engineering efforts within the Fraud and Disputes Organization as a Managing Director, Tech Partner for Operations Fraud and Disputes. Drive multiple technology-driven initiatives, guide executive stakeholders, and shape strategic direction for functions, products, programs, and services. Build and sustain a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusion while managing cross-location technology functions, influencing technology strategy, and motivating technologists. Requires deep domain knowledge across SDLC, AI, cloud-native platforms, and strong leadership to secure resources and empower teams to deliver high-impact programs across the firm’s strategic priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Full SDLC + AI
- Expert knowledge of multiple technical disciplines and technology strategies including emerging trends, research, and other technological advances
- Experience managing complex technology functions across multiple locations
- Experience influencing technology strategy and motivating teams across functions to achieve strategic goals
- Ability to inspire and motivate technologists and build a culture of innovation
- Extensive practical cloud native experience
- Expertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
