Managing Director

Partner closely with Tarisio's Directors and leadership as a trusted advisor, bringing sound judgment to important business decisions and organizational challenges. Serve as the escalation point and provide leadership and oversight for key departments, including Finance, while managing, supporting, and developing employees at every level. Translate long-term vision and strategic priorities into clear direction, actionable plans, and meaningful organizational outcomes. Identify and pursue opportunities to strengthen and grow the business, evaluate organizational structures, and lead improvements through implementation. Bring people and priorities together across global offices in New York, London, and Berlin, setting clear expectations, establishing accountability, and ensuring commitments are carried through. Champion the mission and values while representing Tarisio to clients, consignors, partners, and industry peers.
