Job Summary
Lead and develop a Private Banking team to drive revenue growth and client acquisition in the UHNW segment. Responsible for growing the existing client book, coordinating client calling and prospecting within the team, and partnering with the Global Market Manager to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Develop and implement marketing and client events, guide account plans and deals, provide ongoing feedback and performance reviews, and ensure deep understanding of clients’ businesses and wealth sources. Bring together product experts to craft long-term wealth solutions, manage risk and regulatory compliance, and build strong, sustainable client relationships within Citi Private Bank.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Private Banking or related senior financial services roles
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Proven track record in UHNW relationship management and leading client teams
- Experience in driving revenue growth, deal execution, and client acquisition strategies
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with ability to develop and guide team members
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence cross-functionally and with external clients
- Knowledge of risk management, regulatory compliance, and firm-wide policies
- Ability to build tailored wealth solutions across investment, risk management, and liquidity needs
- Strong collaboration with product experts and other stakeholders across the organization
