Job Summary
Managing Director, Private Banker leads a high-caliber team of senior professionals to grow the UHNW client business in the Private Bank. The role drives revenue growth through an acquisition strategy for UHNW names, coordinates with the Global Market Manager to align team efforts, coaches team members, coordinates client calling and prospecting, and leads marketing and client events. The position requires deep knowledge of clients’ businesses, the ability to develop long-term solutions with product partners, and the skill to translate financial objectives into tailored wealth management, risk management, and liquidity solutions, while ensuring compliance and strong controls. Requires experience in relationship selling, building strong client relationships, and guiding account plans and reviews; education includes a Bachelor's degree with Master's preferred. Required Qualifications
