Job Summary
Managing Director of Growth for OpenPlan/Retirement Plan Advisory at Brighton Jones leading growth strategy, business development, and team leadership to drive net-new retirement plan client acquisitions; collaborates with marketing, advisory and client service teams to position Brighton Jones as a market-leading retirement plan advisory practice. Requires 7+ years of growth or leadership experience in retirement plan advisory or related services, strong B2B sales acumen, ability to build scalable growth engines, and effective relationship-building with centers of influence. In-office role based in Seattle, WA with travel up to ~25%. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/JD or graduate degree preferred. Competitive compensation with base salary plus variable components, equity, and profit sharing.
