Managing Director (Mineral Trading)

Lead the strategic and operational launch of Oman's national trading company for chromite and gypsum. Develop and execute the company's business strategy in alignment with the Minerals Trading Company's mandate. Build and lead a high-performing team across trading, logistics, finance, and compliance. Establish and maintain relationships with domestic producers, international buyers, and government stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and risk management. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mining, or related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in mineral trading, including at least 5 years in senior leadership.
