Job Summary
Lead overall operations and business performance, developing and executing strategic plans to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence. Manage commercial activities, operations, engineering, project execution, supply chain, finance, and people management while overseeing budgeting, financial performance, and business KPIs. - Has a strong understanding of manufacturing, operations, engineering, and project-based business environments.
- Demonstrates strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Has successfully led organizational transformation, operational improvements, or business growth initiatives.
- Inspires people, develops leaders, and builds high-performing organizations.
- Is comfortable making decisions in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Communicates fluently in English and Lithuanian.
