Job Summary
Lead the strategic and operational development of a specialized Finance and BI firm while actively participating in customer projects covering financial planning, reporting, and consolidation. Manage end-to-end execution of complex client engagements, providing executive-level consulting on business processes and data-driven solutions. Steer existing client relationships, support presales and pitch activities, and co-design solution architectures within the Finance and BI domains. Lead and coach the team to ensure operational excellence and align with strategic growth objectives. Direct market positioning and future company strategy with full responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Controlling, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder verwandten Fachrichtungen
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Finance, Controlling, Reporting, Unternehmensplanung und Konsolidierung
- mehrere Jahre in leitender Funktion mit Verantwortung für Teams oder Projekte
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für die Kommunikation mit Team und Kund:innen
- Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität für Kundentermine und Projektbegleitung
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in Consulting, Projektberatung oder Implementierungsprojekten, insbesondere in Finance- und BI-Umfeldern
