Job Summary
Oversees and implements the Company’s investor engagement strategy, represents the Company to shareholders and the financial community, and ensures transparent, accurate communication of financial performance and long-term value. Leads management of quarterly earnings processes, analyzes shareholder composition and investor sentiment, collaborates with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Communications, Commercial, Operations, Sustainability and other teams, develops investor communications strategies, and leads ad-hoc projects related to investor relations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of progressive leadership and financial-process experience; preferred advanced degree or professional certifications (MBA, CPA, CFA).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline, or equivalent experience/training
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience managing cross-departmental teams
- 10 years of experience with financial processes and systems
- Deep understanding of the airline business, competitive environment, and airline economics
- Advanced Degree (MBA) or Advanced Certification (CPA/CFA)
