Job Summary
Lead executive-level transformation engagements at the intersection of people strategy, HR, and enterprise performance. Advise CHROs and senior HR leaders on operating model design, HR technology, and workforce transformation; translate talent decisions into clear business and financial implications. Originate and grow senior-level client relationships with CFOs and CHROs, drive revenue through new business development, and shape market offerings at the intersection of people strategy, finance, and enterprise transformation. Build and mentor delivery teams, contribute to external thought leadership through speaking and panels, and maintain a strong New York-based professional network. The role requires 9+ years of consulting experience in business and HR transformation, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree preferred), and the ability to lead complex engagements and sales efforts. Based in New York with a strong local network of senior executive buyers across industries; expects in-person presence at least three days per week.
