Lead large, complex client engagements as the strategic partner for designing and managing health and benefits programs. Execute a business strategy to penetrate local and regional markets, acquiring new clients while retaining and growing revenue with existing ones. Serve as the senior Health and Benefits strategist, ensuring plan designs meet client needs and align with overall benefits strategy. Meet or exceed revenue and market penetration goals by raising awareness of WTW's capabilities through conference appearances and profile-building venues. Collaborate internally with sales, marketing, and consultants to identify sales opportunities and help identify future talent. Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches to address broader benefits issues.
