Job Summary
Lead large, complex client engagements as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, designing and managing health and benefits programs while serving as a senior strategist for overall benefits strategy. Execute a business strategy to penetrate local and regional markets, acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones to meet or exceed revenue and market penetration goals. Raise awareness of WTW's capabilities through conference appearances and profile-building venues, while collaborating internally with sales, marketing, and consultants to identify and develop future talent. Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches to address broader benefits issues for high-profile clients.
