Job Summary
Lead the national coverage strategy for Technology & Innovation Banking by driving growth through the acquisition and management of complex, high-value client relationships. Structure and originate sophisticated lending and financing transactions while overseeing a team of specialized bankers. Manage high-value client portfolios to drive cross-selling, retention, and profitability, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls. Represent the bank at industry forums to leverage insights on trends and emerging products, and build interdependent teams that collaborate across functional groups. This role supports BMO's purpose of boldly growing the good in business and life by transforming lives and businesses through tailored lending and advisory solutions for high-growth technology companies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Account Management or Portfolio Management in a corporate or similar segmented banking environment with sales metrics
- Seasoned expert with extensive industry knowledge
