Job Summary
Partner with the CEO and Management Committee to shape and drive Cresset’s enterprise strategy and long-term business priorities, translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, and oversee cross-functional execution. Lead governance processes for boards and leadership forums, develop agendas and materials for executive decision-making, synthesize complex issues into clear recommendations, monitor progress and escalate risks, and coordinate initiatives across Advisory, Investments, Technology, Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, Legal, and Compliance. Spearhead strategic programs such as AI enablement, data governance, operational scalability, and business continuity planning, while maintaining an enterprise-wide view of priorities, dependencies, and organizational dynamics. Represent the CEO in internal and external meetings, and partner with senior leaders to drive accountability, alignment, and transformational change in a fast-growing organization. The role requires collaboration, discretion, and a high degree of professional maturity, with regular travel to support executive initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, financial services, professional services, or related executive advisory roles
- experience working with senior executives and leadership teams in dynamic organizations
- ability to lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and cross-functional execution
- strong analytical, financial, and communication skills
- willingness to travel regularly
