Job Summary
Senior leader overseeing capital markets client and employee enablement, accountable for global operating model design and execution to support client onboarding/offboarding, KYC/AML, and client lifecycle technologies. Leads a 100+ person global team across North America, Europe, and Asia, participates in COO leadership, and drives initiatives that improve efficiency, control, and experience through governance, risk management, and vendor management. Requires deep capital markets expertise, strategic thinking, and a track record of transformation, operating model redesign, and technology implementation. MBA or advanced degree and 15+ years of relevant experience are preferred.
