Job Summary
Lead research coverage on an industry sector, building valuation models and authoring notes to deliver actionable recommendations to institutional clients. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate management teams and Investor Relations, produce regular research notes and initiations of coverage, and communicate ideas to institutional investors and internal sales teams. Manage a portfolio of 15-20+ public companies, analyze earnings, industry trends, and SEC filings, and maintain comprehensive financial models and industry databases to support ratings and price targets. Role is onsite at the Minneapolis office with collaborative, fast-paced environment and opportunities for growth in equity research and institutional client service.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sell-side or buy-side equity research
- FINRA SIE, 7, 63, 86, 87 licenses
- B.A. preferably in Accounting, Economics or Finance
- unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
