Job Summary
Managing Director, ECM-Investment Banking leads capital markets engagements including public offerings of equity and convertible debt, PIPEs and Registered Direct offerings, and private placements. Partners with institutional sales teams, traders and internal/external partners to develop, market and deliver complex solutions; lead deal teams in execution of financing transactions; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; drive business development through client pitches and industry events; mentor junior team members; travel 50%+ as needed. Requires significant investment banking or capital markets experience, ability to manage multiple deals, strong quantitative/analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Base salary starts at $200,000 with total compensation aligned to experience and market conditions; location-based onsite work at listed offices; unlimited work authorization with sponsorship not required.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BA degree required
- FINRA SIE, 7, 63 and Series 79 License (or equivalent registrations)
- MBA highly desirable
- Minimum of five years in Investment Banking or Capital Markets experience, with at least one year of experience at the Director or equivalent level
