Job Summary
Lead a transformation practice at Baker Tilly: oversee the definition and delivery of large-scale transformation projects that may include business process and technology implementations; develop, manage, and measure project approaches and roadmaps; network to acquire new clients and projects; mentor and develop staff; collaborate with C-suite and external partners to drive client value; provide technology strategy and vision aligned with client objectives; lead digital transformation efforts and oversee technology solutions, while ensuring high-quality client service and timely delivery. Requires a Bachelor's degree and ten years of senior leadership experience in technology/digital domains, plus five+ years of supervisory experience; willingness to travel nationally for client engagements; ability to work beyond core hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or business field required
- ten years’ experience providing senior leadership within complex technology or digital/product organizations
- extensive experience in business development within a professional services firm desired
- five (5) + years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates desired
- Ability to decompose scope into detailed activities and deliverables, then conduct work package handoff to delivery resources from Baker Tilly, client teams, and third-party vendors
- Project experience with full lifecycle application development (requirements gathering, use case development, system analysis and design, integration, testing, deployment)
- Experience with Agile software delivery management tools and techniques preferred (Scrum, JIRA, confluence)
- Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills
- Must be able to work outside of core business hours for client engagements, and travel as needed
