Job Summary
Managing Director needed to lead J.S. Held’s Complex Accounting & Litigation practice. Drive strategic direction, oversee high-impact engagements in forensic accounting, litigation consulting, and expert witness services, and mentor junior staff. Lead business development, expand the client book, and build relationships with law firms, regulators, financial institutions, and corporate clients across industries and geographies. Require 15+ years of relevant experience, CPA or equivalent, and strong ability to distill complex findings into clear, actionable insights. Preferred certifications include CFE and CFF. The role supports a flexible, remote-friendly environment with a salary range of $200,000–$400,000 and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent
- 15+ years of experience in auditing, CFO, regulatory or standard setting, forensic accounting, litigation consulting, and expert witness services
