Job Summary
Lead the North American subsidiary in a top leadership role responsible for commercial leasing, asset finance, and related banking activities. Oversee sales, credit, operations, and portfolio management; drive business development and long-term growth aligned with the parent group’s global strategy. Build and develop a local management team; provide regular board reporting on performance and initiatives. Role is a fixed-term assignment (3–4 years) with substantial travel (40–50%) and relocation available (domestic and international). Report to international senior management at the European headquarters and collaborate with partners and clients to sustain and grow the platform.
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- 5 to 10 years in a senior leadership position within leasing, commercial lending, or financial services
- End-to-end understanding of leasing (origination, credit, operations, portfolio management)
- P&L management experience for a corporate unit generating substantial revenue
- Experience across a wide range of ticket sizes and asset classes
- Strong credit analysis and risk assessment capabilities
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams while driving performance
- Proficiency with ERP platforms, CRM tools, and MS Office
- English fluency at native or business-proficient level
- Entrepreneurial mindset with operational discipline
- Flexibility, resilience, and strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- MBA or equivalent preferred
- Experience in vendor financing and dealer channel business models
- Experience operating across European and North American markets
- Proficiency with ERP, CRM, MS Office
