Job Summary
Senior leadership role in Brussels focused on owning and growing a strategic portfolio, engaging with C-level stakeholders, and delivering transformation initiatives. As part of threon’s leadership, you will balance strategic account ownership with hands-on delivery, collaborate closely with the CCO, and lead across French, English, and Dutch-speaking contexts. Requires 15+ years in consulting or professional services, fluency in French and English (Dutch preferred), and proven senior-level experience in key account management, business development, and portfolio management with a client-site focus in the Brussels region.
Required Qualifications
- at least 15 years of experience in consulting or high-end professional services
- fluent in French and English, with solid knowledge of Dutch (ideally trilingual)
- proven experience in key account management and business development
- comfortable engaging at C-level level
- strong expertise in Project, Program and Portfolio Management and understanding of organizational change dynamics
- commercially driven with credible delivery and client-focused approach
- strong affinity with Brussels market and its corporate and institutional landscape
- willing to work from client sites within the Brussels region
