Job Summary
Oversee daily company operations, directing the organization toward its primary goals and objectives while jointly managing executive-level employment decisions. Collaborate with the CEO, board of directors, and other executives to establish short-term objectives, long-range goals, and related policies, presenting regular operational reports to the board and staff. Manage the financial structure to ensure adequate funding, review financial results against objectives, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Promote communication and cooperation among divisions to foster organizational unity.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent managerial skills and the ability to take leadership over any business operations area.
- Superlative communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader.
- Thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of business operations.
- Proven experience in articulating a vision and driving marketing and technology development to create a recognized brand.
- Extensive professional experience in leadership roles.
- Experience in marketing and/or the application of technology to brick-and-mortar businesses.
Desired Qualifications
- Entrepreneur in a business that relied on innovative design and use of technology.
- Technology design.
- Marketing primarily to HK Chinese as our client's primary future consumer.
- Advanced degree in entrepreneurship, business administration, marketing, or technology.
