Job Summary
Lead C10's AI Bio venture platform in partnership with LabCentral by recruiting exceptional founders, designing accelerator programs, and co-leading annual Demo Days. Build a differentiated investment pipeline by sourcing proprietary companies, evaluating technical and market potential, and preparing recommendations for the Investment Committee. Establish strategic relationships with MIT, Harvard, Mass General Brigham, and leading hospitals to expand proprietary deal flow and venture creation opportunities. Partner with the venture studio to build new AI Bio companies from inception, validate technologies, and support company formation through institutional fundraising. Secure sponsored and non-dilutive funding to launch initiatives that strengthen the regional innovation ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- At least seven years of experience in venture capital, venture studios, startup leadership, or entrepreneurial ecosystem development
- Experience evaluating and supporting early-stage technology companies
- A strong understanding of AI and meaningful exposure to biotechnology, therapeutics, computational biology, synthetic biology, or healthcare
- An established network within the Boston innovation ecosystem, or the ability to build one quickly
- Excellent judgment, communication skills, and relationship-building ability
- High ownership, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Desired Qualifications

- An advanced degree, such as an MS, PhD, or MD, in computer science, engineering, biology, biomedical engineering, computational biology, bioinformatics, or a related field
