Job Summary
Manage the comprehensive oversight of the family's financial and governance affairs, integrating investment oversight, advisor coordination, and strategic leadership to preserve and grow multi-generational wealth. Evaluate, diligence, and implement new investment opportunities while overseeing diversified portfolios across public and private markets, including asset allocation, risk, and performance monitoring. Establish governance frameworks, facilitate family meetings, and serve as the central point of coordination across investment, legal, tax, banking, insurance, and real estate advisors. Integrate investment strategy with estate, tax, trust, and liquidity planning to support succession and intergenerational wealth transfer. Act as a trusted advisor providing guidance on risk, opportunities, and overall family office effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in family office, private wealth, or investment management
- CFA, CPA, CFP or other relevant professional designation
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree, MBA, JD, or CFA
- Proficiency in portfolio reporting and performance systems
- Experience with consolidated reporting tools and financial management platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling capabilities
