Job Summary
Lead and manage the TradeDesk team (15–20 operational staff) focused on HTS classification, shipment management, and document generation for partners and clients. Oversee PGA regulatory compliance and other regulatory obligations; develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality; manage customer escalations and relationships to strengthen partnerships; provide mentorship, coaching, and performance management for team members; collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve issues and deliver solutions; monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in HTS Classification, trade compliance, customs operations, or international logistics
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of PGA regulatory frameworks and documentation standards
- Experience managing operational teams in a consulting or logistics environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
