Job Summary
Managing Consultant in our Federal Health practice leading strategy, transformation, organizational effectiveness, and program modernization initiatives for federal health clients. Drive high-impact workstreams from vision through execution, serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, and develop executive-level communications and briefing materials. Lead and mentor teams, contribute to practice growth through business development and proposal support, and help clients navigate ambiguity while delivering measurable results. Role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder management, and the delivery of strategic recommendations and implementation approaches to enable lasting organizational impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 6+ years of professional experience supporting federal agencies, healthcare organizations, consulting firms, or related organizations
- Demonstrated experience leading strategy, transformation, organizational change, program management, operational improvement, or modernization initiatives
- Proven ability to independently lead workstreams, manage competing priorities, and drive initiatives with minimal oversight
- Strong executive presence and experience interacting with senior government leaders and stakeholders
- Experience creating executive-level presentations, strategic communications, briefing materials, and client deliverables
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and create alignment in complex environments
- Passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing junior team members
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (i.e. US citizenship required)
