Job Summary
Lead development and interpretation of 3D geologic and groundwater flow models to guide decision-making across environmental, remediation, and water resource projects. Drive high-quality, defensible technical work; support field operations and testing programs; collaborate with GIS specialists to generate maps and visualizations; prepare work plans and modeling deliverables; manage quality, budgets, and scheduling while expanding hydrogeologic expertise and leadership within a consulting environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hydrogeology or Geology
- 4+ years of hydrogeology experience including groundwater modeling
- Hands-on experience with MODFLOW/MT3D and newer platforms such as MODFLOW-USG or MODFLOW 6
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills; ability to produce high-quality technical reports
- Driver's License Required; travel to client locations across a large geographical area
