Job Summary
Managing Consultants in Life Sciences Strategy & Transformation lead projects from cultivation to completion, oversee project teams, manage work plans, staffing, deadlines and budgets, and partner with Directors/MDs to keep executives informed. They guide consultants and senior consultants, provide feedback for career development, participate in sales initiatives and practice development, and travel as project needs require (up to ~20%). The role requires deep pharma/biotech/life sciences domain knowledge and the ability to analyze complex information, develop strategic recommendations, and effectively communicate with stakeholders across client organizations.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related course of study, advanced degree/PhD
- Minimum 4 years of prior relevant consulting or work experience with pharma/biotech clients
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry, drug development and launch
- Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholders
- Experience with market sizing, HCP segmentation, patient journey, forecasting, brand strategy, sales force sizing, marketing mix and budget planning
- Experience with Pharma datasets (CMS, EvaluatePharma, IQVIA/Symphony/Komodo, affiliations, Veeva activity data)
- Willingness to travel to client sites across the US up to 20%
- Authorized to work for any US employer without sponsorship
