Job Summary
Managing Consultant IA based on Thales’ Data & AI strategy — responsible for delivering missions aligned with the Data IA advisory catalog. Define adoption strategies by assessing organizational maturity, build roadmaps aligned with business priorities, and identify value levers across AI use cases. Lead scoping and prioritization of high-impact AI use cases, structure implementation trajectories, and evaluate value in environments from PoC to industrialization while managing AI-related costs. Redesign business processes as needed, structure governance and AI operating models with clear roles and trusted-AI principles, and support organizational adoption of AI. Contribute to growth of the advisory entity through offer development, business development, knowledge capitalization, and internal initiatives. Requires a BAC+5, 10+ years in consulting, strong Data & AI ecosystem knowledge, understanding of AI governance and regulatory context (e.g., AI Act), ability to articulate solutions to both business and technical teams, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- BAC+5 (engineering school or business school)
- Specialization in Data, AI, information systems or digital transformation
- 10+ years of experience in consulting
- Strong knowledge of Data & AI ecosystems and AI/AI governance concepts
- English proficiency
- Ability to define AI adoption strategy, frame governance and drive transformation
- Experience in identifying and prioritizing AI use cases and value creation
- Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
- Curiosity, autonomy, rigor and intrapreneurial mindset
Desired Qualifications

- Ability to operate in international/complex environments and interact with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in English
