Job Summary
Lead analysis of financial cost and pricing challenges for government contracts and government contract compliance issues. Develop customized solutions addressing critical questions while enhancing client operational effectiveness and profitability. Work directly with Government contracts clients across sectors to analyze financial cost and pricing-related challenges, assist with contract administration, and provide strategic business insights. Perform detailed research and analysis, then implement results through electronic databases, spreadsheets, and other files. Demonstrate creativity and efficient use of software tools and models to develop solutions, audit work products for quality, and collaborate in a team to meet client deadlines. Travel as needed and maintain strong verbal and written communication with clients. BRG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting and finance
- Professional certifications considered valuable to this position include CPA, CFE, or CGMA etc.
- Minimum two to four (2-4) years prior work experience in either professional or litigation services
- Proven capability with MS Excel and/or exposure to other analytical software (e.g., MS Access, MS SQL Server)
- A desire to expand those capabilities along with other applications (e.g., legal document management software) is required
