Job Summary

Lead and manage environmental compliance programs for clients, developing and managing permits, plans, and compliance initiatives across regulatory requirements. Drive high-visibility projects, assess and improve environmental data, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with senior leaders to grow client accounts. Provide on-site EHS support as needed, conduct site assessments and audits, and deliver reporting for air quality, hazardous waste, stormwater, NPDES, TRI, and Tier II programs. Travel up to 20% to support client engagements and contribute to business development within a global sustainability consultancy; role emphasizes advisory leadership, regulatory compliance strategy, and building a high-performing consulting team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of environmental compliance experience (consulting and permitting strongly preferred)
  • Working knowledge of key regulations (CAA, CWA, RCRA, EPCRA, OPA)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and technical writing skills
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, databases)
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
