Job Summary
Lead environmental data management initiatives by overseeing EarthSoft EQuIS, Locus EIM, and similar platforms, integrating and QA/QC data from laboratory, field, and historical sources. Manage data loading, validation, reporting, dashboard development using Power BI and Tableau, and execute data migration of historical data into enterprise systems. Coordinate with analytical laboratories to ensure timely Electronic Data Deliverables (EDDs) and apply statistical analysis to evaluate environmental impacts. Lead multiple projects within scope and budget, serving as a trusted technical advisor to clients while developing SOPs, process maps, and documentation to support team efficiency. Mentor junior staff and facilitate communication among field teams, laboratories, and GIS analysts to drive standardization and innovation across global sustainability projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 8–12 years of experience in environmental data management or consulting
- Advanced proficiency in EarthSoft EQuIS (including Collect, SPM, Edge, ArcGIS, EnviroInsite, ArcEQuIS)
- Experience in SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate
- Experience with geological visualization tools and GIS platforms (EVS, Leapfrog, ArcGIS, AutoCAD)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor teams in a collaborative, client-focused environment
- Experience supporting global environmental consulting projects and teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with geological visualization tools and GIS platforms (EVS, RockWorks, Leapfrog, EnviroInsite, AutoCAD, ArcGIS)
- Familiarity with environmental data platforms such as Locus EIM, ESDAT, ENFOS, or similar systems
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience with Python, R, or automation tools
- Exposure to GIS platforms such as ArcGIS
