Job Summary
Lead environmental data management initiatives by overseeing EarthSoft EQuIS, Locus EIM, and related platforms to integrate, QA/QC, and migrate historical data while ensuring regulatory compliance. Design dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau, develop stored procedures, and apply statistical modeling to forecast trends and produce geological visualizations. Manage multiple projects within scope and budget, coordinate with laboratories and clients on sampling campaigns, and serve as a technical advisor for proposal development. Mentor junior staff, develop SOPs, and drive innovation in automated workflows and new data services. Collaborate with global teams to deliver scalable, decision-ready sustainability solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 8–12 years of experience in environmental data management or consulting
- Advanced proficiency in EarthSoft EQuIS (including Collect, SPM, Edge, ArcGIS, EnviroInsite, ArcEQuIS)
- Experience in SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate
- Experience with geological visualization tools and GIS platforms (EVS, Leapfrog, ArcGIS, AutoCAD)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor teams in a collaborative, client-focused environment
- Experience supporting global environmental consulting projects and teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with geological visualization tools and GIS platforms (EVS, RockWorks, Leapfrog, EnviroInsite, AutoCAD, ArcGIS)
- Familiarity with environmental data platforms such as Locus EIM, ESDAT, ENFOS, or similar systems
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience with Python, R, or automation tools
- Exposure to GIS platforms such as ArcGIS
