Managing Consultant – Business Analyst (Operations & Change)

Conduct current-state process assessments and design target-state operating models to strengthen operational controls and improve margin call accuracy. Document business processes, controls, and requirements to a high standard while driving process improvement and control enhancement initiatives. Manage stakeholders across Operations, Change, and Business teams to embed sustainable process improvements within Financial Services. Requires 5-10 years of experience in Banking Operations and Change Management, with a strong background in process mapping and operational controls. Contract length is 6 months.
