Job Summary
Managing Consultant responsible for planning, managing, and executing remediation and related environmental projects; serves as primary client contact, develops proposals and project plans, manages budgets and resources, leads multi-disciplinary teams, maintains regulatory relationships, and drives business growth with existing and new clients. Role emphasizes coordinating project tasks, ensuring quality deliverables, maintaining profitability and utilization targets, and mentoring junior staff within ALL4’s environmental services practice. Strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, communication with regulatory agencies, strategic analysis of environmental regulations, and delivering high-quality consulting work across complex permitting, compliance, and modeling initiatives. Hybrid work arrangement in Bellingham, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering or applicable environmental/science degree
- minimum of 5 years of Environmental consulting experience
- Working knowledge of technical subjects impacting remediation and other environmental media
- Established relationships with regulatory agencies and/or industrial sector professionals
- Commitment to excellence and core values; openness to change, personal growth, and coaching
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow proactively; demonstrated project management ability
- Ability to develop, lead, and enroll strong teams with a wide range of personality types and technical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong document production skills and technical writing ability
