Job Summary
As a Managing Consultant, Air Quality (Texas), you’ll lead strategic growth of ERM’s Air Quality services in Texas, serve as a senior technical expert for air permitting and compliance, develop and execute business plans, mentor junior consultants, build enduring client relationships, and collaborate with ERM’s global Air Quality & Climate Change team to deliver innovative solutions while advancing ERM’s leadership in air quality and climate consulting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, environmental) or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 4–5 years (7 preferred) of air quality consulting experience with technical expertise in Title V, PSD, NSR, BACT, and MACT
- Proven track record as a “seller/doer,” successfully winning and delivering strategic projects
- Strong understanding of federal and state air regulations
- Established relationships within Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Technology, or Chemical sectors in Texas
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
