Job Summary
The Managing Consultant in Advisors & Consulting Services, Performance Analytics role focuses on leading client engagement in analytics strategy development across various industries. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, assessing internal cultures, and delivering impactful presentations. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and data analytics experience, with expertise in business intelligence. Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience in business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics
- Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple projects
- Experience managing key client relationships
- Knowledge of business KPIs, financials and organizational leadership
- Ability to identify new business development opportunities
- Analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills
- Data and analytics experience such as working with data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS)
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Japanese
- Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying
- Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis
Desired Qualifications
- Additional data and analytics experience in Hadoop framework and coding using Impala, Hive, or PySpark
- Experience generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions for a firm
- Relevant industry expertise
- Master’s degree with relevant specialization such as advanced analytics, big data, or mathematical discipline
