Job Summary
Managing Consultant leading (international) teams to translate concepts into delivered IT solutions for pension and wealth-management initiatives. You drive projects from concept to final product, define MVP scope with the client, and coordinate the work of consultants, designers, and developers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You coach and mentor junior consultants to prepare them for future leadership. You’ll work within Scrum/Agile frameworks, serving as the bridge between Business and IT to turn data-driven insights into actionable outcomes. Your market knowledge of the financial sector helps identify and realize sales opportunities in collaboration with teammates. The role emphasizes remote-enabled collaboration and flexible working arrangements across a pension/coverage-focused services portfolio, including advanced investment portals and corporate sites. Fluency in Dutch and English is required to effectively interact with stakeholders and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 6+ years of experience in IT consultancy or IT project management
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in the financial sector
- WFT diplomas a plus
- Affinity with sales and proposition development a plus
