Job Summary
Recruit, attract, and retain top real estate talent while coaching and mentoring agents at all career stages. Oversee agent performance to drive production growth and ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing Act guidelines, and state real estate regulations. Implement systems and processes that improve efficiency and partner with leadership on marketing initiatives and retention strategies. Track performance and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting. This role sits within a Top 10 nationwide Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network that provides built-in support including transaction coordinators, a First Impressions Team, and an in-house Marketing Team.
Required Qualifications
- Active Managing Broker License (Illinois and/or Indiana)
- 3–5+ years as a successful, actively producing agent and/or broker leader
- Proven ability to recruit, lead, and inspire agents
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset — someone who lifts the room
