Job Summary
Lead the Georgia foreclosure, eviction, real estate title, and closing practice groups by supervising attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff. Oversee legal strategy, workflow management, quality control, and division performance while reviewing pleadings, motions, title documents, and closing packages. Handle complex hearings, mediations, depositions, trials, closings, and escalated matters, ensuring compliance with Georgia law and regulatory standards. Partner with firm leadership to improve processes, strengthen operations, and build a collaborative, high-performing legal culture. Maintain strong client relationships while delivering responsive solutions. Requires a Georgia Bar license, 7+ years in creditor rights or real estate law, and prior management experience. Hybrid schedule in Atlanta.
Required Qualifications
- Active Georgia Bar license in good standing
- 7+ years of Georgia foreclosure, creditor rights, real estate, or mortgage servicing legal experience
- Prior leadership experience managing attorneys and legal staff
- Strong knowledge of foreclosure, eviction, title, closing, and creditor rights matters
- Excellent legal writing, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple practice groups in a fast-paced environment
